Festive Nuptials

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Our last wedding of 2009 took us to Oxfordshire with the festive nuptials of Nikki and Craig. We enjoy photographing winter weddings as they have such a different cosy feel to the pictures. On this occasion we were expecting a wedding with a difference and it didn’t disappoint. We certainly had fun around the small lanes trying to keep up with Craig’s tractor – that thing can shift!
Craig’s Scottish descent added a lovely theme to the day with a huge array of tartan, pipers and thistles everywhere. This was also our first experience of a traditional ceilidh, and Nikki deserves a medal for completing a ‘Gay Gordon’ in that dress!
We hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as we did. Congrats Nikki and Craig, here’s a sneaky preview!

Pre-Wedding Session in Oxfordshire

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

This wedding is going to be so much fun!

Last week we drove down to Oxfordshire to meet Nikki and Craig. This was the first time we’d all met, so we took the opportunity to visit the venues and get to know each other alot better. We photographed Nikki alone for most of the session as Craig was working, but caught up with him a bit later.

Craig has the best office in the world! He farms on the ridgeway with amazing views across the Vale of the White Horse. Now coming from Norfolk we can appreciate a good tractor, and were excited to find out they’re leaving the church in one!

Roll on December, we really can’t wait!
