Frequently Asked Questions

Can I adjust a package?

Yes! All packages are fully customisable in both hours and what's included. No two weddings are ever the same and I would love to build you a bespoke package. For example if you'd like a full day package and a medium sized album included with around 90 images, that would be £2054. If you would like to add an additional photographer alongside me all day for more coverage of your guests and candid moments, this would be £1795. These are just a couple of examples, but the question is what would you like me to create for you? Why not get in touch to arrange a non-obligation meeting.

How do we book your services?

For weddings in Norfolk I’ll arrange a convenient time to either visit your home or a cafe in Norwich. This first consultation lasts just over an hour, when samples will be on hand of my style and products. Viewing the portfolios online will give you a flavour of my photographic style, but nothing beats the quality of my images in print. I also travel nationally in the UK for weddings, with travel expenses charged at 50p per mile outside of Norfolk, so please contact me to arrange a Skype call. The consultations are exactly that, there is no obligation to book straight away and you will not be faced with hard sell. I simply want to get to know you. We’ll discuss your ideas and plans so a suitable package can be worked out for you. Choosing a photographer is a very personal decision, so take your time. The more comfortable and relaxed you are with me the better, that’s the secret of great photographs! If you do decide to book my services a £300 non-refunable deposit is paid to reserve your date. Once payment is received and the form is completed, the date is yours and no other bookings will be taken.

Do you design the albums yourselves?

All albums are bespoke and individually designed by me. With ten years in the graphics industry, my Brandon and Bingley albums showcase design flare and experience. All albums have the wow factor and will become a cherished family heirloom. Both albums are printed and bound in England, reducing shipping time and carbon emissions.

Why do you cap weddings at 20 per year?

I put alot of time and effort into each wedding I attend. To photograph more than 20 weddings would compromise the level of service you deserve on your special day. My attention to detail is top priority; from the artworking of every image to the design of bespoke wedding albums. All to an exacting creative vision and high quality standard. What more can you expect from Fuller Photography? Just don’t leave it too long before you contact me!

Do we sign a contract?

My terms of business is attached to the booking form. Written in plain english it forms a contract between Fuller Photography and the couple. This ensures there is no misunderstanding by either party. I recommend couples have wedding insurance, in these financially uncertain times it’s wise to be covered.

What happens if it rains?

I keep a close eye on weather reports and will have agreed a plan B with you, keeping you informed on the day. The most important decision is a location indoors for your group formals and couple portraits. I’ll provide you both with white and black umbrellas if you decide to go for it in the rain. It’s helpful if ushers are on hand to lend assistance. If the day is a complete wash-out then we might also discuss a Romancing the Dress shoot in the weeks after your wedding to capture your portraits. I won't ever force you into doing anything you're not comfortable with.

What style of photography do you shoot at a wedding?

I photograph in a combination of styles from classic elegance to reportage. A combination which captures your complete day, full of memories, romance and enjoyment. Each part of the day is photographed in the most appropriate method. During the ceremony and reception I capture reportage moments, as unnoticeable as possible. For portraits of the couple, I ramp up the romance with some classical posed elegance. All with Fuller Photography’s signature style!
