Last night I was so humbled and overwhelmed to receive the honour of winning EDP Bride Wedding Photographer of the Year.
It was wonderful to share the evening with two photographers I hugely admire, as well as a plethora of Norfolk businesses I’ve had the pleasure of working in my 8 years of capturing weddings. Brides-to-be in Norfolk are so so lucky to have an amazing range of businesses who work tirelessly to help create your dream day. Those that know me well will know being the centre of attention and especially standing on stage fills me with horror, but thanks to David Whiteley’s help I managed to get through it. A full round up of the events will be in the EDP on Tuesday.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to all my brides and grooms for nominating me and have been so enthusiastic in their support. My second big thank you is to the awesome judges, I’m completely overwhelmed. Thank you for recognising all the hard work and attention to detail I put into every aspect of my business. Obviously I couldn’t turn up in my old jeans, so a big thank you to Foxglove & Gingersnap and Amelia Garwood for sprucing me up. Final thank you to my husband for donning the bow tie and being there every step of the way.
